In 2025, we partnered with Lightning Tool & Manufacturing, Inc. to modernize their legacy web presence and engineer a high-fidelity 3D manufacturing hub. Our engagement covers responsive website development, WebGL-based product parameter visualization, and ongoing active updates to support their advanced production operations.

High-Fidelity 3D Product Catalog

Lightning Tool & Manufacturing required an interactive, visual system to showcase their complex custom tooling and molding capabilities to prospective clients. We integrated Three.js and custom WebGL shaders directly into their portal, enabling users to interact with 3D product models in real time. We built a custom parameters layout showing precise technical dimensions (such as Multi-Axis Turning specifications) directly on the interface, bridging the gap between CAD coordinates and browser visualization.

Modern Responsive Web Architecture

In addition to the 3D configurator, we built their core public marketing platform. The site utilizes a dark-mode theme designed for high-concentration industrial buyers, featuring fluid layout matrices and modern typography. We optimized loading performance by implementing binary weight-loading for the WebGL models and utilizing next-gen image compression, ensuring pages load instantly despite heavy assets.

Ongoing Support & Active Updates

As an ongoing partner, we manage active maintenance, minor edits, and system upgrades for Lightning. We continuously update their catalog mappings, align service terminology (such as separating tooling from molding assets), and monitor performance logs. This ongoing support ensures the client's sales portal remains secure, stable, and running at peak performance.
