Terms of Service
Welcome to our website. By accessing our public website, inquiring about our consultation packages, or contracting our custom software development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
We are a specialized software engineering firm. We provide custom programming, database architecting, EHR extraction engineering, compliance automation, independent federal/state evaluations, and WebGL visualization configurators.
Our consulting outputs, proof-of-concept repositories, and software implementations are provided based on explicit work statements agreed upon under separate client service agreements.
2. Client Compliance & API Access
For projects involving clinical record queries or financial telemetry processing (such as Epic, Athenahealth, NextGen, or clearhouse connections), the client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining necessary developer credentials, API access keys, and server permissions.
All integrations involving Protected Health Information (PHI) require a fully executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before engineering work, testing, or ingestion begins.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials, design templates, layouts, custom code snippets, and assets displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Morgan Dixon Consulting LLC unless otherwise specified. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any website content without our express written permission.
4. Regulatory Disclaimers & Limits of Liability
Compliance Tools: Our automated grant reporting solutions and PMPM rate setting calculators are designed to simplify compliance reporting. However, the client remains solely responsible for auditing, verifying, and submitting the final metrics to regulatory bodies.
Decision-Support Disclaimer: Any predictive machine learning models (such as call volume forecasting or automated trading backtests) are decision-support tools. We do not provide clinical medical guidance or professional investment advice.
Warranty Disclaimer: The public website and all informational contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
