We engineered a comprehensive, HIPAA-compliant patient management and order processing platform designed to coordinate the secure prescription, tracking, and smooth deployment of GLP-1 weight-management treatments to their client partners and retail customers.
Unified Patient & Order Management
Wellness Peptides works directly with multiple independent clinics. To replace disjointed communication channels, we built a centralized portal managing patient profiles, digital prescriptions, and order history. The platform utilizes advanced state machines to transition orders through verification, clinician approval, pharmacy packaging, and shipping status. This ensures absolute compliance with medical records standards and patient confidentiality.

High-Fidelity Document Generation & PDF Engines
To interface with compounding pharmacies, we developed a professional PDF manifest generation engine. The system automatically creates clinical documentation including dual-format reports: Landscape Order Manifests optimized for pharmacist fulfillment tables, and Portrait Patient Reports featuring precise dosing instructions. The engine parses complex physician notes using advanced regex extraction to populate medication specifications dynamically.
Automated Communication Networks (SMS & Email)
Keeping clinics and patients informed is vital. We integrated robust webhook and notification layers using Brevo and custom SMTP triggers. The system sends real-time shipping updates, order history adjustments, and automated refills reminders via both email and SMS notifications. This integration has dramatically reduced client administrative overhead and minimized medication adherence drop-offs.
